My exhibition, "Perspectives," explores the complex, often distorted views of our world, from local to global politics. Utilizing paper collage, I add texture and historical context, drawing inspiration from Renaissance masters. My exhibition work focuses on urban structures and the fleeting moments we leave behind, investigating our sense of place and its transient nature. By examining fractured architectural spaces, I create intertwined perspectives that challenge the illusion of solid space, continuously disturbed by new boundaries. This exhibition reflects my fascination with the interplay between permanence and flux in our environments.

Every day we are confronted with distorted perspectives about the situation in our world. From local politics, to corporate politics to global politics. Each perspective is clear but at the same time, skewed.
Although we are constantly aiming to bring ourselves to a coherent understanding of where we are now and where we are going (both as individuals or as a group of people), we are faced with problems that have solutions but all in all, are not often conclusive enough.
Although my images visually touch on these themes albeit superficially, they are the underlying theme of my work.
I use paper collage to add texture to the body of my work and link the text to the history of the world. I have also used compositional elements found in the old masters of the Renaissance bringing historical reference to `Perspectives`, not only in visual depth but also in that relating to the past and our present date.
